Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges 

Before returning or exchanging, please email breezyhilllane@gmail.com. Your email will be answered promptly with instructions. 

An item may be refunded or exchanged as long as it has been 30 days since the item was purchased (date is on the receipt). Here's the breakdown: the item can not be returned if it has obviously been worn or damaged (i.e. deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, odor, etc.) 

**Sale items and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.**

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return costs unless the item arrived damaged. If we made an error in the original order (size/item/color), we will cover return shipping fees.

 **Breezy Hill Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.**
